Use Daily Affirmations To Chase Your Dreams!
We’ve kicked off 2017 and I’m serious about my daily affirmations and claiming 2017 to be our best year yet. With an unwavering commitment to living and being my best self, and challenging you to do the same. I’ve created new daily affirmations and I would love for you to join me, really what do you have to lose? We’ve all read the research and know that the feelings we carry around and the thoughts that occupy our minds work in tandem to create the lives that unfold for us. Wow- think about what that really means. We have the biggest impact on the way our lives will unfold. And our thoughts and beliefs are the variable shaping the outcome. Well darn, now that I know no one else is to blame for the way our lives unfold as adults it gives me both excitement and makes me anxious.
I’ve chosen to look at it like this, it’s me and God- and there’s no other partner I’d rather have. So in an effort to step up on my part of the creating process, I’m committed to using daily affirmations to reaffirm and remind myself who I am and what I’m expecting for myself.
Daily Affirmations Can Get You Back On Track.
2016 was a great year for me, and while I’m expecting an even better 2017- I have to do my part. So while I know we’re accountable for our own actions, behaviors, and beliefs. We all carry some degree of limiting beliefs: the one’s we’ve accepted somewhere along our lives that limit us in ways we’re often unaware of. But fine, we all have. However there are empowerment tools we can use on a daily basis to start re-wiring our mental circuitry. Consider the lies you tell yourself, and think about how those negative beliefs are affecting your life. Ponder how those beliefs prevent you from pursuing the things you dream of but don’t feel they’re possible. Dreams don’t necessarily happen overnight, but we can achieve unmeasurable goals once we believe in ourselves and our dreams for our lives.
Add some daily affirmations to your life and just see what happens. Think about the places in your life where you question yourself, or feel insecure about. Now, on piece of paper you can keep in a safe but easily accessible place- jot down five affirmations for yourself. Every morning as you’re getting dress or find yourself in privacy in front of a mirror repeat your five affirmations to yourself . Say them with meaning, look yourself directly in your own eyes, and FEEL them. The mind and body are inextricably linked, and every thought we have impacts how we behave, the beliefs we carry, and how our lives will play out. Yes, its true! So, try daily affirmations to kick-start a fabulous year.
