Brandistas I know you know the fabulous health and beauty benefits of juicing. I’ve been juicing for the last few years now and the benefits are simply refreshing.
Juicing has become one of my favorite ‘beauty past-times,’ I find it both relaxing and rewarding. The aroma of fresh fruit, veggies and herbs are so refreshing and relaxing. I get wrapped up in the smell and anticipating the benefits nourishing my body with clean vitamins and minerals. Great Juicing Recipes For Hair, Skin, and Nails.
Grab your juicing machine of choice and have fun the following:
Pineapples, cucumbers and apples are all fantastic for the skin. Pineapples contain bromelain, which promotes good digestion and is commonly used topically in skin-clearing masks and exfoliants. Cucumber and apple purify and moisturize the skin and they all work together to reduce inflammation.
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 apple
- 4 chunks of pineapple
Hair Growth & Strength
Cucumbers are great for your hair, nails, muscles, and joints because of the high content of silca. Lemon and Celery contain high amounts of water and vitamin A which helps strengthen roots, hydrate your hair and fights dandruff. Apples (especially green apples) help strengthen the hair.
- ½ cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 3 celery stick
- 1 apple
Juicing is trial and error, but after a few tries you can create your perfect beauty refresher!
